Thanks for your question. I really am not able to give percentages of chance since this is really not a very exact science, but I can give you information that will tell you a little more about what happens with the body.
First, you said that he touched your vagina with his penis. By vagina, are you talking about the tube inside your body is what was touched? Or are you talking about the outside area (called the vulva)? The reason I asked, is there is a big difference. Lots of people call anything to do with the female genital area, her vagina. That isn't accurate. The outside area that has the opening into the vagina, the labia or folds of skin that protect the opening and the clitoris, which is a very sensitive area of turn on for her is the vulva.
During a shower, with soap all over your bodies, if his penis only touched the outside area, there is just little chance that a pregnancy could occur. Sperm is actually very fragile, and it can't go through soap and water, find its way into the opening, swim all the way up through vagina, cervix, uterus into the fallopian tubes. There needs to be lots of sperm, ejaculated and protected in semen for sperm to make its way.
Even if there was pre-cum, the soap and water is going to wash most of it away.
Be proud that you know your body well enough to know when you ovulate, and understand that process. I don't think there is much for you to worry about.
In the future, remember to cover the penis with a latex or polyurethane condom if it is going to go inside of the vagina. On the outside, sperm is pretty fragile.
