Thanks for taking the time to write in. This is a question that is so often asked; please refer to my archives to see some of the other responses I've given to this question. Simply put, there is no such this as pregnancy WILL happen but, rather, that it CAN happen when semen is ejaculated into the vagina. It is far from a sure thing, which is why avoiding it altogether is preferred if you don't want a pregnancy to happen. People have had unprotected intercourse numerous times without ever getting pregnant or contracting an STI/STD. Of course, people have had these happen with just one unprotected intercourse as well.
As far as a small amount of semen getting on her vulva, there is no real liklihood of pregnancy happening that way. Semen generally needs to be deposited inside the vagina. If her next period is 2 weeks late or more, it might be a good idea to have a pregnancy test done, just be absolutely sure.
