Question:
Dear Dr.,
I am 20 years old and in my first pregnancy and I am now four months.I have had a miscarrige before(last year) but I guess it was because I did not know I was pregnant and I drinked and smoked; It did not last even a month. But lately I have expirencing a bit of abdominal pain after having a heavy orgasm; is it unsafe for my baby for me to have an orgasm during sex or masterbation during this time of the pregnancy?

It is very common for women to have a miscarriage on their first preganancy.
Orgasms are as good for babies as they are for you.
