Please provide additional information:

1. Are taking any medications (either prescription, over-the-counter, or recreational)?

2. Have you had any illness or medical procedures in the past 6 months?

3. Has the pain in your left thigh occurred prior to this issue?

4. Does your thigh pain occur only when you get close to orgasm or is that what prevents you from having one.

5. There are several gels and lubricants that work very well. Are you using any of these?

6. Are you able to identify where in your arousal you seem to lose sensation and feeling?

In addition to providing additional information, I would recommend seeing your doctor for a complete physical, including a hormone screening and thyroid test.
