Question:
Hi. I hope you can answer my guestions. When me and my husband have sex sometimes it hurts in certain positions. Could this be because it goes in too far and that it might br scraping my cervix? After a while it stops but in the beginning it hurts. And after we have sex it takes me a while to urinate. Is this a problem? I hope you can help me. Thank you

Hi, Thank you for your question.

Dryness can cause a great deal of discomfort, and pain. Just a dab or a dollop of a water-based lubricant, can make a great deal of difference in increasing glide, sensitivity and decreasing friction and discomfort.

Additionally, the penis bumping on the cervix can feel uncomfortable. There are many positions you can try, but if discomfort is persistent after trying lubbrication and varying positions, check with your doctor, to ensure there's no other reason.

Best Wishes,

Melissa BEE
