Question:
My problem is not a loss of interest in sex as I have a good sex drive. I have experienced a great decline in the intensity of orgasm. I'm experiencing some emotional distress over this because I've always enjoyed sexual relations, which have now become really disappointing and leave me unhappy. Masterbation produces the same results. I've been on wellbutrin for about 5 years for fibromyalgia but have noticed the problem mostly over the past year.

The cause of less intense orgasms could be Wellbutrin and hence if your problems are over, discuss with your doctor if you could reduce or stop the medication. It could also happen naturally because you are in the pre-menopausal age. I suggest you take up meditation, Yoga and an aerobic exercise like jogging, swimming, etc.
