Question:
I am 29 years old, in a committed relationship, and have never had an orgasm (through masturbation or through sex). I have no difficulty becoming aroused. Other than my difficulty achieving orgasm, I have a very satisfying and enjoyable sex life. I find that clitoral stimuation intially feels very good but eventually causes my clitoris to become extremely over-sensitive and it is uncomfortable to continue. I have tried taking "breaks" and then continuing to stimulate my clitoris but the sensitivity quickly returns.

I can relate to your dilemma. Women can experience orgasm vaginally, deep vaginally (G-spot type) and clitorally. You may be able to experience different types or all of the above by not focussing on achieving orgasm but just enjoying pleasurable sensations. Some women never orgasm, but still get enormous pleasure from sex. Some can only orgasm with deep penetration, and others cannot bear penetration at all. Some women have resigned themselves to anorgasmia to later find that in thier late thirties (a womans physical sexual peak), they start having explosive orgasms. Find what is comfortable for you, and don't give up. Cheers, Melissa BEE
