Question:
I am having trouble remembering how often it is for your menstrual cycle to come around, i am confused on if it is every 28 days from the begining of your last cycle or the last day of your last cycle

Thank you for submitting your question. Typically, we say that a menstrual cycle is 28 days. But there are some women whose cycles are shorter and longer than that. If you are counting, Day 1 is the first day of your period. Day 12-14 are usually days when you are ovulating. And Day 28 would be the day you bleed again (Day 1). Hope this information helps!
