I am getting married in October and My period arrives arround the same time, is there something that I can take to have it come sooner in the month or later?

To the best of my knowledge, the only way to delay your period is to use birth control pills and to skip the "sugar pill" week when you'd normally have your period. If you are not on birth control pills, you'll need to talk to your doctor. If you ARE on birth control pills, I'd still run it by your doctor to make certain that he or she approves. The last time I heard any medical opinion about period skipping, it was that doing it once in a while won't cause any long-term problems. However, that was a while agi, and it's better to be safe than sorry, so check with your doctor. (You can also do a web search for something like "skipping periods with birth control pills" and you may find information that way, too. Just make sure it's a reputable source!)

Good luck!

Blaise
