Recently I have genital touch with my boyfriend but both of us are clothes on (slack and underwear),is it possible for the sperm to enter the ovum and cause pregnancy? my coming menstrual period roughly would be one week later.

Hi, Thank you for your question.

Yes, it is possible to get pregnant without sexual intercourse. If there is enough semen in close proximity to the vulva, there is ample contact with the vagina, deliberately or accidentally, the sperm can enter and swim. THe fluids in the vagina help energize the sperm to swim. If there is an available egg there, then the likelihood of fertilization occurring is strong. The only way to prevent this is with a barrier method - such as a condom.
