Question:
Hello, i've been masterbating for a while now and i am 15. before i started masterbating there was not milky white liquid that would leak out of my vigina, but ever since i've been doing it more recently, my vigina leaks this whihte liquid kind of like cum, even couple days after i masterbate sometimes i do it everyday i thought maybe that was the reason but i try not materbating and it still happens, sometimes its just small drops other times it could get my underwear really wet so my question is, is this normal? or have i gotten any type of virus and if its serious enough that i have to go see a doctor. thank you for reading

There are many types of vaginal discharge that you should be aware of. There is the lubricant that is excreted when you are sexually excited and when you masturbate or have sex. This is whitish or clear. Then there is a milky white substance, a little thicker, that is secreted before ovulation and again before your period. During ovulation the discharge increases and thins out. If you put it between your fingers it is stretchy. It is normal to be excited a lot at age 15, and your hormones and cycle are very active. If you are concerned about your discharge, you may want to visit your gynecologist. There is reason for concern if your discharge becomes greyish or greenish in color, if it becomes very thick almost like cottage cheese, or if it has an odor you do not recognize.
