hi me and my gf were playing around in my theater and i was wearing a condom and i was rubbing around her vagina with my penis and i dont even think i went in but if i did it was only an inch and she felt a pain so i stopped and when she went in the bathroom she was bleeding..do u think someone could have cut her ..or something happened

Yes, it is possible that her "cherry" otherwise known as a hymen could have broken. If this is the case it is perfectly normal and will not happen every time she has intercourse.
It sounds to me like you are not totally comfortable having sex right now at this point in your life. If you are not ready for sex than it is o.k. to hold off until you are. Your partner should also respect your decision and not try and rush you to have intercourse again.
