Thank you for your question to sexualhealth.com. You describe a white substance in your girlfriend's vagina and/or labia during your sex play. It is possible that this fluid like substance is the natural lubrication that is produced by her and allows her to accept your penis into her vagina -- it acts as a lubricant. Your concern that your girlfriend may be cheating on you causes me some concern. You need to have a discussion with her about having a relationship with one another that excludes all others. It might be a good idea to suggest that both of you go for a sexual health check-up (including STD testing). In addition, I would strongly recommend that you protect yourself with a condom each time you have sexual intercourse. Doing this will help prevent an unplanned/unexpected/unwanted pregnancy! I hope that you are able to have a good conversation with your partner. Let her know how much her faithfulness means to you and to the future of your relationship.
