Question:
1. is there anything to take to increase libido and vaginal lubrication? 2. I would like to take a natural breast enhancer but don't know if it will increase risk for more breast cysts or increase breast cancer risk. Will my breasts look larger on the mammogram? I live in a small town and worry about the talk after my mammogram if I increase my breast size naturally.

All of the medications that increase libido are prescription only, and dose is highly individualized. TESTOSTERONE is the hormone of desire. Precursor hormones such as DHEA have been helpful for some women, but while this medicine is available over the counter, its use should be monitored by a physician skilled in sexual medicine. General mood and well being have a profound influence on the attractiveness of sexual behavior, as do relationship factors and stress. Getting in shape, eating a balenced diet, maintaining optimal weight, and not smoking are sound first steps. Even nutritional supplements may be helpful. I do not recommmend any specific herbal formulas at present because they just don't give the results most people would expect, and side effects can occur.

Vaginal lubrication is part of the arousal response and depends on good genital blood flow and nerve sensitivity. Absent specific hormonal support, one thing that you might consider is a vaginal muscle exerciser called GyneFlex. This is an exerciser that uses the principle of resistance exercise or isotonic exercise to stimulate the growth of the vaginal muscles (called pelvic floor muscles). Muscles that have atropied from disuse, childbirth overstretching, or premenopausal hormone decline may be stimulated to grow healthy new blood supply just like any other muscles in your body. Women with better genital blood supply and healthier vaginal muscles have enhanced sexual response, more lubrication, and easier, more predictable arousal and orgasm. GyneFlex is simple, affordable, sensible, comfortable, and easy to use. Results generally occur within a short period of time (one to two months of regular use.).

For sex you should always use a lubricant such as Astroglide to enhance sensation and prevent abraision of delicate tissue.

2. I'm not sure what you mean by natural breast enhancers as there really are none. There is currently a physician fitted FDA approved suction device that claims to enlarge the breast tissue by one bra size with regular use. I have seen several ads for herbal breast enhancers which probably do not work. Obviously, $2,500-$3,000 for physician supervised suction breast enlargement is less expensive then surgical breast enlargement, but may run the risk of aggrivating your fibrocystic breast problem. Herbals that don't really work make little sense. My best advice is to seek the opinion of a competent cosmetic surgeon who frequently performs breast augmentation as a a part of his regular practice, or get a bra that reveals your natural figure to optimal advantage!
