There are a number of reasons why you might not be in the mood. Some of them you have some control over: - stress and fatigue - anxiety - adultery Others, you don't: - relationship problems - hormonal imbalances - illness or injury - death - financial problems If your condition is due to stress and fatigue, try doing things that may alleviate these, e.g., yoga, running, meditation... If appropriate rest or control over stress does not work, you most likely have a sexual desire disorder that will need to be treated with the help of a sex therapist, or even a medical doctor.
