Question:
I am very depressed because I have a wonderful man who I am marrying in a year and I don't have much desire to have sex. We were very active when we first met. Now, I am always either to tired to have sex or can't even stand him touching me. I hate performing oral sex or having it performed on me. I don't get turned on when he caresses my breasts or vaginal areas. I am like a log while my fiance tries everything to pleasure me. i feel horrible and promises to try to be more horny but it has not happened. I am now getting so depressed about it. I want to be able to pleasure the one I love. It is the only thing that bothers us. We are so happy otherwise. Please help me. Let me know what is wrong with my body or mind perhaps.

Birth control pills are known to cause the problem you mention. Try stopping them for 4-6 months (and use condoms instead) and check what happens. His excessive touching and caressing seems to bother you- have you spoken to him about it. Let him know without making him feel hurt. Back pain or any other pain in the body can be a sex dampner. Visit your doctor to know why you have this problem. Popping painkillers will help temporarily. You need a permanent solution to your problem.
