Question:
Well resently my b/f and i have been doing everything but sex... well my problem is im afraid to let him see "my lips" because when i was little i landed wrong on them and they are bigger than normal and im afraid of what he'll think. He truly loves me for me and everything and im sure he couldnt care less about something that stupid, but still I still worry about it. Is it normal to even have bigger "lips" than usual.

I guess you are referring to the inner lips of vagina, which come in many different sizes, shapes. If this were so, please be assured that it is perfectly normal to have enlarged vaginal lips. You would find pictures of their variations in any beginner’s books describing human sexual anatomy. Since most women do not have an opportunity to observe this variation, it’s common for them to believe that their own are unusual. I think your boy friend will enjoy, as many other men do, playing with larger inner lips. If you or your boy friend still find them unattractive, a plastic and reconstructive surgeon can improve their appearnace surgically. However, please remeber, in this case, that the inner lips of vagina are a rich source of sensory nerves and therefore of sexual pleasure.Reviewed by Sexual Health Editorial Team
