Question:
I've just noticed that on the top of my penis came out in a rush -looks like. I'm worried! It's the first time that I have this kind of problem.

I’m assuming you mean a skin rash. Skin problems on the penis can be confusing to identify & difficult to diagnose & treat. Rashes that occur on other areas of the body can be hard to recognize when they appear on the genitalia. Contact your physician immediately to examine the rash. If s/he is unable to determine the diagnosis, you should ask for a referral to a dermatologist (skin specialist). There are many common penile skin rashes that are not sexually transmitted (for example, dermatitis or psoriasis). Of course, it could also be a sexually transmitted disease (STD), because you mentioned in other information that you had sex without a condom. You’re doing the right thing by seeking information. Problem is, the only way to know for sure is medical evaluation & testing. Hopefully, you understand that constant & correct use of condoms will greatly reduce the possibility of STD/HIV. Only you can decide whether to take this precaution or worry what you may have contracted after each sexual encounter. Contact us again if we can be of further help.
