Question:
Hi I am a 31yo male that is HIV/+ but otherwise healthy and not currently sexually active. My question is that recently I have noticed when I masturbate that my semen is dark colored and has some blood in it. Is this cause for concern?

I would encourage you to see a urologist who can examine you. Your condition may be harmless but it is important to follow up with a physical exam when you notice blood in your semen.
