Hello! Thanks for writing in with your question.
I am glad to hear that you are looking closely at your genitals. Each of us, both males and females, should be intimately acquainted with what our genitals look like, smell like, and feel like. That way, you can tell right away if something is different and determine when you need to see a doctor.
You said that you have lumps and bumps on the skin of your penis. You also said that you are a virgin. Different people define virginity differently - some would define that by meaning that they have never had intercourse with another person. Others would define that by saying they have never had any type of sexual experience with another person (oral sex, anal sex, dry-humping, etc.) So, I am not sure what your definition is. But, assuming you have not had any sexual contact with another person, then you can stop worrying about sexually transmitted infections. If you have had sexual contact, then an infection of some sort could be a possibility.
It is normal to have some bumps on the genital skin. These can be from a variety of factors, such as a hair follicle, a pimple, an irritation, an allergic reaction, etc. Why not just go and see your doctor and ask them what they are? That way you won't have to worry about this anymore. You can also go to your local Planned Parenthood or public health department clinic if you are worried about privacy issues or cost of the visit. I think they will be able to put your mind at ease, so don't put this off. No sense worrying about something unnecessarily! Take care and please write back if you have any further questions.
