I'm a 18 yr old guy and i have never been sexual active but i have tiny little bumps on my penis are they a disease.

Thanks for your question. If you haven't ever engaged in vaginal, anal or oral sex, then the bumps certainly aren't going to be a sexually transmitted disease.

Sometimes, the penis gets tiny bumps because the skin is having an allergic reaction to something. It could be soap, even the soap used to wash your clothing; it may be something you are rubbing on your skin and don't realize it is causing the bumps. Also, the penis can get clogged pores as well, so that there are tiny white/black heads on the skin.

You didn't mention if the bumps itched or hurt, so I am assuming they are just normal skin eruptions.
