Question:
I have been having this burning (not really burning but just uncomfortable) sensation in my penis, nothing discarges out of it, it just burns at times, and sometimes it doesn't burn for like a week, sometimes it stops in an hour, and then comes back another hour. I have a girlfriend and she doesn't complain at all, my doctor put me on a number of anti-bacteria medications and it still doesn't seem to work. I also got tested for STD's and they all came back negative.
But i can remember the first time it started doing it, the night before i was pretty drunk and i fell on my lower back (without bracing myself) twice. Then the next morning i went to go and take a pee and it started to burn. I am sorry this isn't in cronicological order, but i am very confused about it, i have also been experiencing lower back pain and my buttocks and shooting pains down my legs. But i am not worried about that, the real worry is the penis burning, could it be my siotic nerve effecting it? or something else? i am really conserned about it and i would appreciate it if you would answer me back.....thankyou

While regretting the belated response, I do hope that your problem has been resolved by now. If not, please see a urologist who will explore the possibilities of medical conditions pertaining to the prostate, seminal vesicles or other parts of the urogenital system which produce symptoms similar to yours. You should also see an orthopedic doctor, who will examine into the causes of sever pain in the legs and the persistent backache. They cannot be neglected.
best wishes
