Question:
Hi, I have some little red bumps, not inside my vagina or on the lips but outside in my groin area. I just want to know if it is possible to have genetal warts in that area?

As far as I know, genital warts mean just that: genital. So the fact that the bumps are not on your vulva means you may be in the clear. But I would recommend visiting a gynocologist or a dermatologist to find out what the little red bumps are. Do you do any hair removal for your bikini line? Often times, the hair follicles in the bikini area get clogged and puff up to look like little red bumps as you described. Although these are not always easily treatable, the are not transferrable! All the best in your new era of sexuality.
