Question:
I was playing basketball a while back and ran to use the bathroom. A few days later i noticed tiny bumps on my penis, where I usually hold my penis. I know my hands were probably dirty, but could I have gotten a disease from this? Now I have noticed larger round hard bumps on around my penis(sometimes skin colored & hard) and also I think the smaller tiny hard to notice bumps have spread to edges of my lips and my eyelid. I've only had sex with one girlfriend who is std clean. What could it be?

Skin coloured tiny penile papules (bumps) could be the normal sebaceous or sweat glands. However, I advise you to visit a physician for a proper physical examination to establish the diagnosis and exclude disease (e.g. infections).
