Thanks for taking the time to write in. I do hope that you haven't been waiting for a response before doing something; at least getting a pregnancy test. By this point, if you haven't had your period yet, you will have missed 2. Given what you describe as symptoms, it would be wise to visit a Planned Parenthood or other family planning center (or if you have a private doctor you can trust) and get a pregnancy test. It doesn't mean being pregnant is absolutely what is happening to you, but the odds are in favor of it. When you go, they will also be able to determine if it might be something else like ovarian cysts, for example. But please go as soon as possible (if you haven't already). Generally speaking, a period will operate on a 28-32 day cycle. The only way to know your own cycle is to pay attention to when it starts and mark in on a calendar. Do this for about 6 months and you will get a pretty good idea about your own cycle. Of course, it's not an exact science so give or take a day or so. I hope everything works out for you. Please feel free to write in again and I will make sure your questions or concerns are answered right away. Take care of yourself and good luck. peace larry Siegel
