I performed oral sex on a man and it is the day after and now i have what looks like pimples on the corner of my mouth and their sore and i was just wondering if this could be herpes?

Only a physician can best determine if those sores are herpes sores. Generally, herpes sores do not develop until 3 weeks to 9 months after contracting the virus. Yet, given the location and soreness of the "pimples", you may have a herpes infection. Having those sores checked out by a doctor can help you determine what they are and alleviate any pain you're experiencing. In the meantime, it would be wise to abstain from fooling around with anybody, so as not to potentially pass anything along to others. Thank you for visiting the Sexual Health Network. Yvonne K.
