Dear L: Your fantasy is unusual to say the least. I guess a partner may be able to "stuff" his penis and testilces inside a partner's vagina under certain conditions: If his genitals were small enough and her vaginal opening was large enough to accommodate them. I also guess that female on the bottom would work best because then you would than have gravity on your side in the "stuffing" process. However, even if possible (and I am not sure that it is), I don't recommend this technique because of potential injury, especially to the man. Sometimes, it is best to leave fantasy as fantasy rather than trying to act it out.
