Question:
My wife and I have been married for 6 years. We have been having sex for eight. She has never been able to have an orgasm through intercourse. Vibrators work great. Masturbation works but it hurts her knees because the only way she can reach orgasm is to straighten her knees and tighten her whole body. If she relaxes, nothing will happen. We have overcome this but it would be a gift from God if we could figure out how to have an orgasm during intercourse without the pain of her having to stiffen up. any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Many women find it difficult to reach orgasm during intercourse. If you wife finds that a vibrator helps her it should be used also during intercourse. Trying different positions may also prove to be helpful. Many women find that it is easier for them to have an orgasm during intercourse if they are in the superior position (on top). The female superior position often facilitates orgasm because it allows for better clitoral stimulation and it leaves both partners with their hands free to explore and caress each others bodies. With hands being free it also will make it easier to incorporate a vibrator into your activities.
