Hello just a quikie for ya, I am a 20 year old male and in just a few days my hottub will be fixed. During a conversation with my good friend and his girlfriend we got to talking about the huttub and how much fun we could have in it. Me my friend and his girlfriend got into a small disagreement about sex under water. She insists that it is unhealthy, while me on the other hand do not think it is unhealthy. I hear about people giving birth under water, if that is safe I would assume intercoarse would be.

You win. There is nothing particularly dirty about having sex in a hot tub. First of all, the heat will kill most bacteria that might even be present, and since the actual sex takes place (assuming you are talking about intercourse; this would be different if you were talking about oral sex which can also be done under water but it is tough to breath!) inside the vagina there is really nothing dirty unless the hot tub is filthy with bacteria. Then I wouldn't even put my body in it since bacteria can enter the body with out even having sex. It would go into the vagina or the end of the penis from just sitting in it.
Our bodies are pretty well protected from bacteria naturally, and heat especially helps.
