Question:
I am very excited when me and my fiancee are in foreplay but in the 4 years and 1 kid later I have only orgasmed maybe 3 times. I don't know what is wrong? I always end up masturbating but I don't stick my fingers inside my vagina I rub outside. Is that weird? Do you know why. I want to fix this I love making love to the person I love I just want to get more out of it like he does.

You are not alone in finding that it is hard for you to have an orgasm during intercourse and you are definitely not weird. Many women have this problem and it usually involves inadequate stimulation of the clitoris. During masturbation the clitoris is directly stimulated. The positions that you use during intercourse can also make a difference. Many women find that it is easier to have an orgasm if they are on top. Also making love while positioned side by side allows for the hands to be free. Free hands then can be used to explore and massage various parts of the body such as the clitoris. If you have a VCR you might consider buying a copy of Becoming Orgasmic. Offers great suggestions for ways you and your partner can work together to improve the frequency of your orgasms.
