Question:
I have been dating a woman for a month now. I can satisfy her orally, but not during intercourse. She has had this problem with past partners. She says she sometimes feels something, but that it doesn't last long. How can I make her orgasm with intercourse. I have never had this problem with previous lovers.

The first thing that you and your current girlfriend should be made aware of is that she is not alone with her orgasmic difficulties. Many women find it hard to have an orgasm through just intercourse alone. Most of these women require direct stimulation of the clitoris to have an orgasm. By performing oral sex on your girlfriend you are providing her with direct clitoral stimulation. To help increase clitoral stimulation during intercourse there are a few different things that you may wish to try. The position that you use when engaging in intercourse can have a large impact on the amount of clitoral stimulation your girlfriend is getting. Having your girlfriend on top when your engaging in intercourse will provide for more direct clitoral stimulation. Another great way for enhancing clitoral stimulation is engaging in intercourse in a side-by-side position. This position allows for hands to be free to explore and caress various body parts including the clitoris. As you explore each other's bodies you may also find out about other erogenous zones. With hands being free you cannot only manually stimulate the clitoris but you also have the possibility of using a vibrator to stimulate the clitoris or other sexually responsive parts of the body. It may take some time to find what will work the best so remember it is important to have patience and to be able to openly discuss these issues with your partner. I wish you my best!
