So, if I am understanding you correctly, you are experiencing pain from the skin of your penis being pulled when you receive oral sex from your girlfriend. In order to figure out what is causing the pain, there are a number of questions that would need to be answered. How long has this been going on? Do you experience the pain when you are in different positions (lying, standing, kneeling)? Does it happen during intercourse? During masturbation? With other partners? Do you have any sore spots, cuts, or abrasions on your penis? Does your partner have braces? Is she careful with the placement of her teeth when giving oral sex? Do either of you have any piercings that could be causing the pain? Another possibility is that if your foreskin was retracted too soon or too forcibly, you could have adhesions. This can cause pain. With all of the possibilities here, I would advise you to go see a doctor. He or she should be able to find the cause pretty quickly. It is important to see a doctor who is familiar with uncircumcised penis'. Not all U.S. doctors are knowledgeable about the function and treatment of penis' with an intact foreskin and therefore it would be most helpful if you could see a doctor who is familiar in this area. I would suggest you contact NOCIRC.org (National Organization Circumcision Information Resource Centers) to locate a physician in your area. Good luck, and don't put off going to the doctor. As I said earlier, this should be fairly simple for the doctor to diagnose and treat. Reviewed by: Kathleen VanKirk DHS
