You absolutely can get HIV/AIDS through the exchange of sexual fluids. Having vaginal intercourse, anal intercourse or oral sex (giving or receiving a blow job) are sexual behaviors that exchange fluids. Semen and vaginal fluids have been found to have high concentrations of HIV within the cells and therefore need to have a barrier contain these cells so they are not transmitted from one person to another. That is why it is suggested that everyone be sure to use a latex condom during any sex behavior that shares fluids, even oral sex. That is what has created the increase in usage of flavored condoms! Please write back and ask more questions if you should have them.
