Mononucleosis is a droplet borne infection. That means it is in your saliva and you infect people when they breath in the air that carried the infection from you. This should NOT happen in your case, but does this mean you do not kiss??? If you kiss, then you can pass it on, but through oral sex play, most likely not. Generally speaking, don't fool around when you have Mono to ensure you don't pass it onto someone else. Good Luck and Play Safe!
