I have Mononucleosis, and i was just wondering if you can give your boyfriend oral sex, and him not get Mononucleosis?????

What a great question, and I don't know that I know the answer to this. I would suggest that you go back to the list of the experts on this list and ask the same question of an expert who has MD after his/her name. They will then have the medical information on this. I do know that there are many infectious strains of mononucleosis and that some are infectious where others are not. That is why it is often referred to as the "kissing disease" because it is spread during kissing. I do not know that it is transmitted by giving oral sex to a partner though, so it is best to ask a medical doctor. Thanks for writing and I hope you get better soon~!
