Question:
is my partner at risk of pregnanacy while preforming oral sex on me, even though I DO NOT cum? Is pre cum enough to inpregnante her?

The sperm in your pre-cum (pre-ejaculatory fluid) or cum (ejaculate) must fertilize her egg which cannot be done except with vaginal intercourse. Even if you ejaculate in her mouth & she swallows, it would go into her stomach, not uterus. On the other hand, oral sex CAN transmit sexually transmitted diseases. Learning to use condoms correctly - & then using them with each act of penetration – will help protect both of you from pregnancy AND STD.
