what happens in the vagina if i ejaculate inside? are there high chances of causing bacterial infection? or could the semen remain inside and cause a rank odor, esp if i go down on her at some later time. whats the cycle for the vagina cleaing itself? every hour? or every day?....

Dear sir, thank you for your question. Ejaculation inside the vagina may carry the risk of pregnancy and infection. For pregnancy there are many other was of contraception. For infection prevention, there are actually very little alternatives. The main protection will come from monogamy. You are the only partner for your partner, and likewise. There are many forms of organisms that may be carried by semene. Bacteria is one group, viruses a much larger one. The semen usually flows out of the vagina as there is no sphincter to the vagina, and no, if it is kept for a while inside the vagina, it does not cause infection by juts being there. Infection will come from the male and may still occur even of she washes afterwards.
