Question:
Whenever I achieve an erection, whether whilst with my partner or alone, I seep excessive amounts of what I believe to be seminal fluid from my penis. The fluid is colorless, quite watery yet 'slimy' and runs in copious amounts until I achieve orgasm or shortly after loss of erection. The problem still occurs even if I accept it/don't let it bother me.

From your description, it seems that the fluid that seeps out is secretion from the Cowper's gland. This is called the pre-ejaculate and normally small amounts are secreted when a man is sexually aroused. In your case the volume is more but if this does not affect your sexual experience in any other way, don't let it bother you. You could have a towel so that the bed-sheets do not spoil and if your partner is not concerned, just forget you have this 'problem'. In fact it would help in lubricating her vulva and make penetration easier! However if you are still bothered, you could approach your doctor who may suggest you get it examined.
