Question:
I'm a 17 year old girl and I find that I'm excreting fluids more and more often. I'm not sexually active and don't masturbate. but everytime i'm around my (girl) friend i seem to get excited. all we do is kiss. and just being around her i seem to get excited. we could just be sitting there doing nothing and i seem to be excreting. i'm really embarrassed because i've never been in a relationship before. is this normal? do i have some kind of disorder or disease? thanks for your time.

Hello and thank you for your questions. You have absolutely nothing to worry about. Why are you excreting more fluids from your vagina? Because you're in love, you're excited to be around your girl friend, and you really enjoy kissing her! Your body is just telling you how much you like being around this person, and although it may be new and a little weird for you right now, it is a perfectly normal and wonderful reaction to being with another person. So don't fret...just enjoy every moment of it! Wishing you the best, M. Scott Gross
