Question:
I think my partner urinates when she thinks she's ejaculating. I am pretty sure its urine. If it is urine, why is that happening and is it a health problem?

It is possible that your girlfriend ejaculates but it is also likely that she is leaking urine. It is hard to tell for sure without involving more elaborate testing of her fluids, which is an option. There are many fluids involved in sex (sweat, ejaculate, saliva, etc.) and it can sometimes be relieving just to let it all flow. Many women who release excessive fluids during sex put down towels or protective sheets. She could address this topic with her gynecologist at her next exam.

The book The Clitoral Truth by Rebecca Chalker has a whole chapter on female ejaculation, and there are many case stories and some very good illustrations about the female genitals, giving most women (and men) a new and better understanding of their anatomy.

In case your girlfriend is suffering from incontinence she may want to start out with improving the tone of her pelvic floor muscles. She can do this by doing Kegel exercises, and/or by training her pelvic floor muscles with a vaginal exerciser, such as GyneFlex, www.GyneFlex.com.
