Question:
i was just wondering if there were any other health concerns regarding anal intercourse other than std's. Does it cause any kind of damage and is it permanent?

I would suggest that you be sure to use a water-based lubricant when you have anal intercourse and be sure that your partner uses a condom. You should not then use the same condom for vaginal intercourse. Use a new condom for each act of anal intercourse. Be sure that you wash both of your genitals well before and after anal intercourse. If either of you show any signs of infection, be sure to check with your health care provider.
