I think I have a tear in my anus. My husband and I had anul sex and now when I have a B.M. I bleed. I am scared and would like some advie on how to treat it.

You must discuss your problem of bleeding during bowel movement with a surgeon, who will undertake surgical repair of the area, if necessary.

Anatomically the anus is not built for intercourse and therefore will give room for tearing and bleeding when penetration and/or thrusting takes place in there without abundant care. Yet for several reasons a number of couples find anal intercourse enjoyable.

However, since you have indicated in the data form that you did not like anal sex, and felt abused, please discuss the matter with your partner gently and assertively. He will most likely respect your feelings and stop insisting on anal sex. If however he thinks anal sex is very important for him and you are not in a position to accept it, please consult a sex counsellor together and he/she will help you sort out the issue amicably.
