Question:
I HAVE RAPID PREMATURE EJACULATION AND WAS WONDERING IF MY VASECTOMY HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT? I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM UNTIL A YEAR AND A HALF AGO.

Vasectomy neither speed a man up nor slow a man down. Men have blamed their vasectomys for a lot of sexual things, but this simple surgical procedure has no physical effect on sexual performance. Look for other things that might be happening in your life, such as increased stress or decreased frequency of intercourse. Consulting a qualified sex therapist who will see you and your wife together is a good move. There are also self-help books and videos available, and I think you will find that ejaculatory control is something that must be learned (which is why the contriction bands and desensitizing creams do not work).
