Question:
I have been searching for my wife's g spot for some time now and have not had any luck. Any thoughts or suggestions? Do all women have a g spot?

Not all women have a G-Spot. I didn't know I even had one until after I had a hysterectomy. I wrote a fabulous four page article on the G-spot, including Ernest Grafenbergs original article, which you can find here
