My psychologist is trying to find treamant plans for my sexual harassemtn and cannot find any, do they exist and where can i find them?

I am not familiar with any treatment plans per se. Sexual harassment is a form of sexual abuse it involves a sense of betrayal, imbalance of power, unwanted expression of sexual energy, and accompaning feelings of powerlessness and humiliation, etc. Thus any of the major resources for survivors of abuse can be helpful. I am sure there are books on sexual harassment, such as "Talking Back to Pressure." You may want to consult with your local rape crisis center for more ideas.
