There are a number of factors involved in a man's uncontrolled ejaculation and you have identified a couple of the "biggies:" Strong sex drive, Easy excitability, and Performance anxiety. There is no quick, easy and guaranteed "cure" for rapid ejaculation, but there are steps that men can take to learn better management of that ejaculatory reflex. It takes understanding, time and patience... and a cooperative partner helps. Read and practice the steps recommended by sex therapists. The issue of your partner's pain when penetrated is one that should be evaluated by her gynecologist. This may require medical or behavioral treatment. If your relationship is a meaningful one with some sense of commitment, I would recommend that as a couple you consult a quilified sex therapist. Explore the information on premature ejaculation this site... the articles and book/video resources.
