Though most common during puberty, "wet dreams" can happen practically anytime a man's body takes him through the sexual response cycle while he's sleeping. This is a very natural occurrence that is difficult to control since most of the time a guy doesn't even know it's happening until he wakes with the "evidence." One tactic you may want to try would be to masturbate before going to bed. There is no guarantee, however, that this will help you to avoid any dream triggers that will cause you to become aroused again. Practicing Kegel exercises, which strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, will also help you with premature ejaculation and may inadvertently help your body control itself more at night. If both conditions are causing you a great deal of distress, it would be wise to be thoroughly examined by a physician to make sure there aren't any physical reasons for your body's sexual response and to work with a sex therapist on any psychological reasons.
