Thanks for your questions. I will try to answer each of them separately.
Enjoying sexual feelings, and having ejaculations in your sleep is not a sign of being addictive to sex. This is the way you are supposed to be feelings. Having sleep ejaculations which are called nocturnal emissions or "wet dreams" are very normal for men. Not all men have them but some men have many of them every week and other men have one or two in their teen years and then none more. It is all very individual, but it is what is supposed to be happening to you. It is natural.
As far as fast ejaculation. This is also a common issue for men. We are mammals in the animal kingdom and all mammals have fast ejaculations. If you are being stimulated where you have lots of sensation it is going to cause you to ejaculate fast, unless you can get your partner to stop the stimulation to give you a little rest before continuing on. When your girl stimulates the end of the penis, which happens to be one of the most sensuous places for a man, it is supposed to cause you to have high arousal. That may mean you will ejaculate quickly. Once your penis gets hard it may not take very long for you to ejaculate if she continues to stimulate the most erotic places on your penis. If you can get her to stop for a few seconds you may find it slows it all down some.
When you are doing oral sex, and you ejaculate it is not possible for her to get pregnant unless you put the end of the penis with the semen coming out in the opening to her vagina. You should keep all the whitish fluid away from that opening, even if it is on your hands. If you are careful to keep semen away then there is no way for you to get pregnant.
If for some reason semen does get inside her vagina (i.e. you ejaculate inside there) and you have not used another method of contraception, you certainly may want to get emergency contraception. Doctors, family planning clinics and even pharmacists can give you EC. It must be taken within 72 hours of when the ejaculation into the vagina happened in order to work.
