Question:
I have 2 sexual partners. With one I ejaculate after about 10 thrusts which I thinkis not very satisfying for that partner. With the other partner I can stay erect and have sex for hours at a time. The sensations I get from the vaginas of the two partners are totally differet. I'd like to be able to go for a longer time with the first partner but can't. Is there something wrong with me? Is there something I can do differently?

There's nothing wrong with you. It sounds like you're either more turned on by the one partner, and/or that she has tighter vaginal muscles with which to grip your penis. If that's the case, you can't do much about the difference in attraction. You can, however, encourage your other partner to practice Kegel exercises, which help tighten the pelvic floor muscles. You can do the same for yourself. By practicing Kegel exercises, you can maintain an erection longer, and hold off ejaculation longer. For good instruction on how to do this for both you and your partner(s), get ahold of "The Multi-Orgasmic Man" by Chia and Abrams. Thank you for visiting the Sexual Health Network. Yvonne K.
