The average young healthy male, with steady thrusting, will ejaculate in 3 to 4 minutes (some have said 2 to 3). There are several things you can try, but to be honest, learning ejaculatory control is not quick or easy. Have him start and stop when he feels he is getting close. Start and stop several times. Use the female superior position. Your partner should lie perfectly still and you should do the moving. Stay in close and slide front to back, rather than up and down. This should give you more stimulation, but should minimize his. Best thing... buy a book and/or video and practice, practice, practice.
